I think I just had the best brisket Mac and cheese I’ve ever had! My wife and I had loaded baked potatoes with brisket, and it was perfect. The brisket was flavorful and wonderfully tender and moist, but not overly fatty. They used nacho cheese on the potato, which shocked me a bit, but it actually worked really well! The owner/pitmaster came around and checked on us, and refilled drinks. He was very friendly! Overall, this was a great experience.

WOW unbelievable BBQ place in Frisco Texas. Stop in 15 of us and these ribs and brisket is amazing. You must make Earnest a must if passing through and go out of your way its worth every bit of it. Earnest is in the back working his butt off, but stop to come and great everyone in the restaurant and my entire family. This is what we like to call a family BBQ place!!!!! Love IT!!!

We’re in town for Father’s Day weekend and had a taste for some good food. Little did we know that our hotel was less than 500 yards away from the Ernest’s Barbecue! When we saw ‘Mississippi Fried Catfish’ advertised on the front window, immediately we proceeded to march into the restaurant with great expectations! We were delighted that we got to enjoy soulful food and the hospitality was great, like the food! I don’t typically care too much for Mac n cheese, but today, I ate every bite with deep satisfaction and pleasure! The entire meal and atmosphere was Just Right! Everyone, stop on by and be prepared to have a great meal at Ernest’s barbecue, regardless of what you choose to try! Please try the Mac-n cheese for goodness sake!🎤🎤♥️

We enjoyed delicious BBQ at Earnest B's! The brisket and ribs were fantastic with good portion sizes. We both especially loved the cole slaw as a side order. Counter service was friendly and the dining room was well kept. I highly recommend Earnest B's BBQ!

I had an absolutely fantastic time coming here for dinner tonight and totally understand now why this place has such high ratings. The atmosphere strikes that perfect balance between rustic charm and high energy. The whole place just had a great "neighborhood gem" feel to it. Staff made good recommendations and were friendly and attentive. The kitchen is clearly firing on all cylinders and food was the star! + Brisket: Melt-in-your-mouth tender with a beautiful smoke ring and just the right amount of fat rendered down. + Pork Ribs: Fell right off the bone with a dry rub that packed a ton of flavor. + Catfish: Perfectly fried—crispy and golden on the outside, flaky and fresh on the inside. No "muddy" taste at all; just pure comfort. + Sides were all great too! We'll 100% be back!
